Pare opportuno dare ulteriore visibilità ad alcune voci critiche e propositive dopo l'approvazione della Legge Delega sulla Non Autosufficienza Anziani (Vedi News) e pubblicata la pregnante Guida del Patto non Autosufficienza di cui proponiamo la conoscenza e l'approfondimento (Vedi News). Questo articolo di Franco Pesaresi, "I Livelli essenziali nella legge di bilancio 2023", ripropone e riassume le esigenze ancora da approfondire non solo riespetto ai LEA, i livelli essenziali di assistenza, e rispetto ai LEP, i livelli essenziali delle prestazioni, ma anche rispetto ai LEPS, livelli essenziali delle prestazioni sociali. Questa Petizione, lanciata da UTIM Nichelino su Change.org, ha ricevuto molte adesioni ed espone punti critici che non possono essere risolti solamente a livello giuridico dei decreti delegati (Vedi Petizione).
